We said goodbye to our great place in Bergen and started the drive back to Sweden.
Little did we know just how spectacular this route would be!

That night we stayed at the Helsa Gaard Pensjonat in Gol which was lovely. We had an apartment on the top floor of the 1900 main building. There were 3 historic buildings also with accommodation (beds in cubby holes) dated in 1600's, 1700's and 1800's. and had dinner at a local restaurant. Moose patties and flan with lingonberry sauce!
