Our last full day in Malmon was light rain non-stop, not unusual for this part of the world. We sorted and re-packed, caught up, and then headed out to a newly re-opened restaurant for coffee. As with everywhere here the island closes down for the year, coming back to life for the first of June. On our first day we saw virtually no one. By our last day the ferry was full, lots of people were arriving for the summer, cars and the few shops etc were opening. We were excited to find the fish shop open and bought freshly caught fish for dinner.
Never mind the weather we were out for a walk. As they say in Sweden and Norway "No bad weather, just bad clothing." Kids were out playing in full rain gear. Luckily we had our waterproof jackets!
Last dinner in the cosy Malmon AirBnb.
